Time Requirement

To provide a streamlined experience for our clients, we have implemented an automated notification system through our service center. This system ensures that store owners are kept up-to-date on the progress of their requests, and are notified promptly when any action is required on their part.

If a store owner does not respond to a notification within 7 days, the job will be closed and canceled. Please note that canceled jobs are non-refundable. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that make it difficult for store owners to respond in a timely manner. In such cases, we encourage store owners to contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation and explore alternatives.

We believe that communication is key to a successful partnership, and we are committed to keeping our clients informed and engaged throughout the process. Our team is always available to answer any questions or concerns our clients may have, and we strive to ensure that our clients have a positive experience when working with us.

Stay within Scope

It's crucial for store owners to adhere to the initial scope of work to ensure that we deliver a satisfactory result within a reasonable timeframe. Any changes or additions to the initial scope of work can lead to delays and increased costs, which may negatively impact the outcome and leave the client unsatisfied. Therefore, we advise our clients to provide a clear and concise brief of their requirements and communicate any changes as soon as possible to enable us to adjust the timeline and scope of work accordingly. We also recommend that our clients review the quote and scope of work carefully before accepting the terms to ensure that it accurately reflects their needs and expectations. Our team is always available to address any questions or concerns and work towards providing our clients with a positive and successful experience.

Content Management

At Pasilobus, we believe that store owners should have full control over the content of their stores. While our team of experts is available to provide guidance on content, it is ultimately the responsibility of the store owner to manage and fine-tune the content.

To clarify, our experts can provide placeholders for content if requested, but we will not perform tasks such as fixing typos or reordering items. It is important that store owners review all content carefully before publishing to ensure accuracy and alignment with their brand and messaging.

We recommend that store owners take an active role in the content management process to ensure that their stores accurately reflect their vision and goals. Our team is always available to answer any questions or provide further guidance as needed.
