Violations
As a Shopify store owner, it is important to maintain a professional and respectful relationship with the experts you work with via the Pasilobus Service Center. The following behaviors constitute bullying and violation of the code of conduct:
- Harassment: Refrain from making any comments or actions that are derogatory or discriminatory towards the experts. This includes but is not limited to, comments about their race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any physical or mental disabilities.
- Intimidation: It is unacceptable to use your position of power to intimidate or coerce the experts. This includes verbal threats, shouting, or any other intimidating behavior.
- Verbal Abuse: Any form of verbal abuse towards the experts is strictly prohibited. This includes shouting, swearing, or using derogatory language.
- Non-Cooperation: Refusing to cooperate with the experts or intentionally hindering their work in any way is considered bullying.
- Refund Pressuring: Asking for a refund after the job is completed is considered a violation of the code of conduct. The services provided by the experts are non-refundable, and it is important to respect this policy. If you are not satisfied with the work done, you can provide feedback to the expert and work with them to find a solution. However, demanding a refund after the job is completed is not acceptable behavior and may result in the termination of the professional relationship with the experts through Pasilobus Service Center.
It is important to maintain a respectful and professional relationship with the experts you work with. Any behavior that constitutes bullying or violates the code of conduct will not be tolerated.
